The Support Desk is the single interface between the Customer and Allied Data Technologies for all the contractual aspects related to repair services. For each equipment returned for Warranty and out of Warranty repairs, a RMA has to be requested at the Support Desk. The Support Desk will assign an identification number " RMA " which will follow the equipment all along the repair process until its forwarding by Allied Data Technologies.
