Different warranty levels are available to suit the needs of our customers:
 
Standard Warranty
Included with purchase of all OneAccess products (starting at shipment):
  • One year warranty for the hardware (with RMA)
  • Software support with additional fee
Extended Warranty
A specific Support Agreement is defined with the customer and may include some of the following services: 
  • Advance replacement
  • Other specific services needed by the customers
